Jorge's TFRRS Meet-by-Meet Results

Jorge was born in Tucson, AZ and grew up in Nogales Sonora/ Rio Rico. Jorge is the son of Jorge Trujillo and Gricelda Lira, brother of Suzette and Samuel Trujillo. 

Jorge graduated from Rio Rico High School in 2023 where he participated in volleyball, soccer, track and field, and cross country for coaches Stephen Schadler and Jolanne Palumbo.  Jorge finished in 2nd place in a cross country state meet in 2021 and 3rd place in 2022.  At the State track & field events Jorge took second place in the 3200m (2023), 3rd place in the 1600m (2023), 2nd place in the 3200m (2022).

Jorge volunteers his time by cleaning up the Anze trail and organizing elementary and middle school cross country meets.

Jorge is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering.

Jorge’s favorite food is tacos de asada, in his spare time he enjoys lifting weights, and playing soccer/volleyball.
