FOLAU & LEAVITT EARN ACCAC POW HONORS

Mesa Community College Volleyball continued its strong conference presence as Lindsey Leavitt and Isa Folau earned ACCAC Division II Player of the Week awards following a dominant 2–0 stretch for the Thunderbirds.

Leavitt was named Offensive Player of the Week after posting 25 kills on 44 attempts (.454), while adding 9 digs, 4 blocks, and 5 aces in sweeps over Phoenix College and Chandler–Gilbert. The freshman outside hitter led the T-Birds in both hitting percentage and total points across the week. This is Leavitt's second ACCAC DII Offensive Player of the Week award. 

Folau earned Defensive Player of the Week honors, totaling 24 digs, 2 blocks, and 4 aces while maintaining a 2.0 passing percentage over the same two-match stretch. This is Folau's second ACCAC honor this season as she previously won the ACCAC DII Offensive Player of the Week award in Week 5.
