Brynlee Barris commits to Western New Mexico University

Mesa Volleyball athlete Brynlee Barris has committed to continue her athletic and academic career at NCAA DII Western New Mexico University.

In her two years of indoor volleyball at Mesa Barris totaled, 356 kills (1.64 k/s), 206 total blocks (.95 b/s) and 501 points. In her freshman year Barris was an ACCAC Honorable Mention and in her sophomore year she was an All-Region 2nd Team member. 

Head coach Jordan Herrington, who recruited Barris to Mesa, is proud of her sophomore captain and is excited to see Barris at the next level.

"Bryn has been something special ever since I met her. She has put in the work on and off the court and I am so proud of her and excited to see what she does at the next level," said Herrington.
