T-Bird Volleyball hits the road on Tuesday as they travel to take on Eastern Arizona College in non-conference action.
Mesa is riding high as they have yet to drop a match this season with their 3-0 record (2-0 ACCAC). The 2024 Lady T-Birds have shown the ability to fight and dig themselves out of holes that previous teams haven't been able to.
In both the Scottsdale and South Mountain matches this season, MCC trailed two sets to one but found a way to climb back and steal the victory. The fourth set in both matches were momentum swings for Mesa as they trailed 16-9 against each opponent but went on a run that helped lift them to victory.
The Gila Monsters have been solid this season posting an 8-2 overall record but have yet to play in a conference contest.
Last season when the T-Birds traveled to EAC they were beaten in straight sets, 25-16, 27-25, 25-20.
