TUCKER EARNS NJCAA WOMEN’S INDOOR ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

Mesa Community College standout thrower Maleah Tucker continues to set the national standard, earning NJCAA Track & Field Women's Indoor Athlete of the Week honors following another dominant showing in the weight throw.

Tucker captured the event with a mark of 17.00 meters, a performance that keeps her ranked No. 1 nationally at the NJCAA Division I level. The mark also secured her the ACCAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week award, giving her a sweep of conference and national recognition for the week.

This is Tucker's second ACCAC Field Athlete of the Week honor this season, highlighting her consistency early in the indoor campaign. Her ability to deliver top-tier marks week after week has made her one of the most reliable scorers in the NJCAA and a key piece of Mesa's throws group.
