Women's Tennis Earns Highest Team GPA among MCC Athletic Programs in 2024-25

MCC Women's Tennis has once again showcased excellence in both athletics and academics, earning NJCAA Academic Team of the Year honors for the 2024-25 season. Posting a remarkable 3.57 team GPA, the Thunderbirds recorded the highest team GPA among all Mesa athletic programs in 2024-25.

This achievement marks the fifth time since the 2012-13 season that the Women's Tennis team has been recognized as an NJCAA Academic Team, highlighting their sustained commitment to academic success.

The National Junior College Athletic Association honors teams nationwide that maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, spotlighting the dedication of student-athletes to balancing rigorous training and competition with their academic responsibilities.
