Women's Tennis wins season series over Gauchos on Tuesday

Mesa Women's Tennis took down Glendale on Wednesday in conference action to improve their record to 3-6 (2-1 ACCAC) and take the season series over the Gauchos.

The Lady T-Birds were led by Jackelin Almada Lopez and Mikaela Correa at the No. 1 doubles position as they dominated 8-0. Sienna Buttafuoco and Lynn Angulo took down their opponents in the No. 2 doubles spot, 8-1 while Kambri Stout and Jillian Harrison fell in a close one 7-9 in the No. 3 position.

In singles Mesa nearly Swept Glendale as all T-Birds earned victories except for Harrisoin who filled out the No. 6 position for MCC. 

This is the final conference contest for the Lady T-Birds as they set their eyes on ASU Club on Saturday at home.
