SYDNEE TAYLOR NAMED TO ALL-ACCAC 2ND TEAM

Mesa Community College softball sophomore Sydnee Taylor earned All-ACCAC Second Team honors after a strong 2026 season in the circle for the Thunderbirds.

Taylor was a key piece of Mesa's pitching staff throughout the year, totaling 138 strikeouts across 167 innings while recording 10 wins.

The sophomore consistently handled a heavy workload during conference play and delivered several strong performances against ACCAC opponents throughout the season. Her 138 strikeouts (ranking fourth in the ACCAC) highlighted her ability to miss bats while helping lead the Thunderbirds in the circle.

In Week 10 of the season Taylor earned the ACCAC DII Pitcher of the Week honor. Taylor's All-ACCAC recognition caps off a solid season for Mesa Softball during the 2026 campaign.
