Quenton's TFRRS Meet-by-Meet Results 

Quenton was born in Prescott, AZ and grew up in Chino Valley, AZ. Quenton is the son of Marc and Catherine Metz, brother of Emmeline, Maddie, and Eliana.

Marc and Catherine were athletes at both Yavapai College and Grand Canyon University. 

Quenton graduated from Chino Valley High School in 2024 where he competed under head coach Marc Metz. In the classroom Quenton was a member of both the Honors Academy and the National Honors Society.

Quenton is pursuing a degree in Engineering.

Quenton’s favorite food is pizza, in his spare time he enjoys running, swimming, and hiking.
