Mesa Community College Men’s Tennis Earns NJCAA Academic Team Honor

The Mesa Community College Men's Tennis team has once again demonstrated excellence in the classroom, earning NJCAA Academic Team of the Year recognition for the 2024-25 season. The Thunderbirds posted a 3.51 team GPA, reflecting their commitment to academic success alongside athletic achievement.

This marks the seventh time since the 2013-14 season that the Men's Tennis program has received the honor, underscoring a strong tradition of balancing rigorous training and competition with academic responsibility.

The NJCAA honors collegiate teams nationwide that maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, recognizing student-athletes who excel both on the court and in the classroom.
