Baldwin is a sophomore at Mesa currently pursuing a degree in Journalism & New Media Studies. Baldwin also is a published reporter for MCC's student newspaper, The Mesa Legend.

Baldwin has collected her fair share of hardware in her time as a T-Bird winning the 2023 West Region Female Athlete of the Year in Cross Country, 2024 Region I Cross Country Championship, & the 2024 NJCAA DII Women's Cross Country National Championship.
