Women's tennis adds seven recruits for 2018-19 season

Mesa, AZ – Head women's tennis coach Ali Borhni is preparing for a bounce-back year for his program in the 2018-19 season with the signing of the first seven recruits for next season.

"Although this year has been a tough one and not our best," said Borhani, "We have worked so hard and learned so much as a staff and players that I'm sure it will carry over. With some returners, four local gems, and three new international players, the program will be in good hands. I am excited to have such amazing players joining us from all over the globe."

The local players, all from Mesa, Gilbert or Chandler, are Brooke MacLay, Jaidyn Snitker, Alehazy Rossi and Moran Baruffi.

In addition there are two new international players from Mexico, Sabrina Sanchez Chavez and Ana Villalvazo Farrera as well as one from the Ukraine, Alyona Hrekova.
